KTM Unveils 2026 450 Rally Replica and Ultra-Rare Sanders Edition

KTM is turning up the heat for serious rally racers with the official launch of the 2026 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA a limited-edition, competition-bred machine built with Dakar-winning DNA. Only 150 units will be produced worldwide, joined by an ultra-exclusive run of just fiveSanders Edition models, inspired by 2025 Dakar Rally winner Daniel Sanders.

Developed using feedback from KTM champions like Marc Coma, Toby Price, and Kevin Benavides, the 2026 RALLY REPLICA features a proven 450cc SOHC fuel-injected engine, premium Akrapovič titanium exhaust, and race-tuned WP XACT PRO suspension. A specially engineered hand-welded frame, dual radiators, and a 34.5-liter (9.10 gal) fuel system are designed to handle the toughest cross-country rally stages.

Riders will benefit from an ergonomically refined cockpit, carbon fiber nav tower, and aerodynamic fairing built for long days in the saddle. Visibility is handled by a high-output LED headlight, while the rest of the build is engineered for performance and endurance across varied terrain, including technical ravines, deep sand, and open desert landscapes.

Each bike will be delivered personally by Sanders, with full factory team support on site.
